The cousins were teasing the birthday girl for being "boring" because she didn't want to plan anything for her day. The group chat Carlos shares with her family was no different, her cousin Leslie Diaz told. A good amount of conversations involving Fred's Fish Fry come with a side of humor, so much so San Antonio's meme culture includes a category poking fun at the business.
